“As an African I have realised that the continent needs support interms of coaching. We don’t have good programmes for coaching as Africa and something must be done,” said Mosimane adding that he is putting up a programme that will help develop coaches.

Mosimane who said he has taken leave from coaching since stepping down as Al Ahly coach over a month ago made it clear that Africa must look after Africa. We must believe in ourselves as Africans and working in promoting ourselves. He also thanked management of Young Africans SC for inviting him to attend the Mwananchi Week celebrations.

Eng.Hersi Ally Said, the Young Africans SC President thanked Mosimane for accepting the invitation. “Having Mosimane here means a lot to Young Africans and Tanzania. He has interacted with the young generation in the academy and this is also significant,” added the Young Africans SC President.
