MACHAKOS, Kenya, Dec 5- Harambee Stars dropped points in their second CECAFA Senior Challenge Cup match after being held to a goalless draw by Libya at the Kenyatta Stadium in Machakos on Tuesday.

In the earlier kickoff, Zanzibar Heroes beat Amavubi Stars of Rwanda 3-1.
