Ethiopia’s experienced referee Bamlak honored in Kuwait

The Kuwait Football Association (KFA) has honored two international referees Tessema Bamlak (Ethiopia) and Tunisia’s Haitham Kirat.

Sheikh Ahmed Al-Yousef Al-Sabah, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Kuwait Football Association honored the two experienced referees during a function in Kuwait on Sunday.

The two referees were invited to handle matches in the Kuwait Premier League from December 2-13th.

Bamlak, who has handled several high profile matches in Africa also officiated at the Tokyo Olympics in Japan this year. The Ethiopian is rated the best referee in the Council of East and Central African Football Associations (CECAFA) region.
