The head coach of South Sudan side, Atlabara FC Atit Monydeng has warned Young Africans SC ahead of their Group A match tie this afternoon in the on-going CECAFA Kagame.

Monydeng made it clear that after losing the first game to Express FC, they are going all out in the game today.

“Young Africans should not expect an easy time from us. We are determined to get points from this match today,” said the coach.

Atlabara FC lost their opening match 1-0 to Uganda Premier League champions Express FC, while Young Africans SC settled for a 1-1 draw against guest side Nyasa Big Bullets. “My players know that this game is very important for us if we hope to improve our chances of making it to the semi finals,” added coach Monydeng.

But the Young Africans SC coach Razak Swa has also made it clear he expects a better performance from his players today. “We started with a draw, and now we need to win,” said Swa.

The earlier game which will also take place at the Benjamin Nkapa Stadium will see Nyasa Big Bullets FC face Express FC.
Express coach Wasswa Bbosa has said they are determined to continue with the good run in the tournament. “Although we won the match, we did not play well in the opening match. But we are aware the team from Malawi is good and this will call for better concentration,” said Bbosa.

Express FC lead Group A with three points, while Young Africans SC and Nyasa Big Bullets FC are second with a point each, while Atlabara FC are yet to pick a point.

On Thursday two Group B matches will take place at the Azam Complex, Chamazi. Azam FC who lead the group will face Le Messager Ngozi Fc from Burundi, while the defending champions KCCA FC (Uganda) will be hoping to bounce back when they face Zanzibar’s KMKM SC.
