Djibouti, Kenya to play in Mauritius 4-Nations tournament
Teams from the CECAFA region Djibouti and Kenya will feature in the Mauritius 4-Nations tournament to take place in Mauritius.
The tournament organized by the Mauritius Football Association (MFA) will be played at the Belle Vue Harel between June 11-18th, 2023.
Hosts Mauritius, Kenya, Djibouti and Pakistan will take part in the 4-Nations tournament.
This tournament will also feature hosts Mauritius, Djibouti and Pakistan. Engin Firat, Kenya’s head coach has said this tournament will provide them with a god ground to test players and also prepare well ahead of the FIFA World Cup qualifiers which kick-off later this year.
The Kenya and Djibouti national teams will be able to travel for the Mauritius 4-Nations tournament since they are not playing in the group stage of the 2022 TotlEnergies Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers.
