The Bright Starlets will now to their inspirational skipper Amy Lasu Lauya Lasu who has said they are ready to give out their best in their first appearance in the COSAFA Women’s Championship. “We are here to give our best and also learn from the more experienced teams,” added Lasu.

For the Tanzanian coach Bakari Shime, he is optimistic his team has what it takes to get to the later stages of the tournament. “We have been building our team and it’s a mixture of experience and young players. We have prepared well and looking forward to the tournament,” added the Tanzanian coach.
