Djibouti’s AS Arta Solar 7 pitch camp in Cameroon to prepare for CAF Champions League
The 2020/2021 Djibouti Premier League champions, AS Arta Solar 7 team arrived in Cameroon on Monday evening for a training camp.
AS Arta Solar 7 who opted to skip the on-going CECAFA Kagame Cup in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania will also use the camp to prepare ahead of the CAF Champions League.
The team that lifted the Djibouti Premier League title for the first time in 40 years and also won the knock out Cup is expected to start at the preliminary stage of the CAF Champions League next month.
AS Arta Solar 7 boosts of some African veterans, most notably ex-Arsenal & Barcelona midfielder Alexandre Song, and former Cameroon internationals Dany Nounkeu and Carlos Idriss Kameni.
